I am alive and OK, but still reeling from the attack. I am feeling all kinds of emotions from fear to anger to gratitude to peace. They are all jumbled together and I cannot make much sense of everything yet. I do know that I am grateful for my family, friends and community and for the beauty that is my life.

I am so glad that we had the reunion when we did. It was wonderful to re-connect with old friends and meet other MoVFTYites. It felt so natural to be back in the MoVFTY spirit of friendship, kindness, and generosity. Thank you to all of you who gave their time and energy to the effort of putting the reunion together. It was special and important.
